Imen Mahjoubi · Founder & CEO

Originally from Tunisia and now based in California, Imen brings a builder’s curiosity to every product challenge. With a master’s degree in computer science, she understands how things work beneath the surface. What matters just as much to her is who they work for, and whether they solve a real problem.

Her career spans more than ten years in the software industry, including over eight years in product management and more than five focused on developer workflows. Across fintech, education technology, social media, and developer tools, she has worked at the intersection of customer needs, business goals, and engineering decisions.

That combination shapes Carthwave’s approach: understand the problem before choosing the solution, bring people together around clear priorities, and stay close to the work as it takes shape. Imen’s passion for solving problems is grounded in an engineer’s instinct to ask how, and a product manager’s responsibility to ask why.

Today, she brings that perspective to Carthwave alongside a team of product managers, engineers, designers, and creative collaborators. Together, we help founders and growing businesses find their direction and turn it into useful products.
